The terms listed below carry the same meaning throughout these terms and conditions:

2.1 — Eligibility to Use the Service

To open an account and use any service on the 666 bd platform, a user must meet the following conditions:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age. Identity documents may be required for age verification.
• The user must be mentally and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• It is the user's responsibility to confirm that using this service is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or placing bets for a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 — Account Registration and Information

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate and complete information. 666 bd reserves the right to close an account if false or incorrect information is provided. To learn how information is collected and stored, please read our Privacy Policy.

• Each registration must use a single valid mobile number and email address.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure. The password should not be shared with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the support centre immediately.
• If personal information needs to be changed, a verification process must be completed.

2.3 — Restrictions on Platform Use

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected the account may be closed immediately:

• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform.
• Placing bets using any automated software, bot or script.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Selling or transferring any platform content or information to a third party.

3.1 — Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the 666 bd platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks).
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Before making a deposit, verify the correct account number and amount — the user is responsible for any incorrect transactions.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from an account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the user's own valid payment account — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.
• Before withdrawing any bonus funds, the wagering requirement set for that bonus must be met.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, additional documents may be requested for identity verification.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold while a verification process is ongoing.

3.3 — Account Balance and Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. No interest or profit applies to account balances. Special policies may apply to accounts that have been inactive for a long period, and the relevant user will be informed.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before using this bonus, please be aware of the following conditions:

• To receive the bonus, you must activate the welcome bonus offer and then make your first deposit.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — withdrawing the bonus requires ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers.
• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 — VIP Cashback Programme

The 666 bd VIP programme has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: If a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Cashback is added directly to the account and can be withdrawn.

4.3 — Bonus Misuse

If a user attempts to misuse bonus benefits or obtain bonuses through fraudulent activity, 666 bd reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend the account. Unusual betting patterns or coordinated bonus-hunting activity falls under this rule.

5.1 — General Betting Rules

Every bet placed on the platform is subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical fault on the platform makes it necessary.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be refunded to the user's account.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 666 bd reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits are set separately for each game or event and are shown within the game.

5.2 — Sports Betting Specific Rules

Some specific rules apply when betting on cricket, football and other sports:

• In-play betting odds change quickly — confirm the latest odds before placing a bet.
• The announcement by the official governing body of the relevant sport is final for determining match results.
• If a match is declared abandoned before the scheduled time, the result will be determined in accordance with the rules of the applicable sport.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, the total odds for that bet will be recalculated.

5.3 — Live Casino and Slots Rules

The game provider's own rules also apply to live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, etc.) and slot games. If a technical failure occurs during a game or round, the game log will be reviewed to determine the result. The dealer's decision in live games and the outcome of RNG (Random Number Generator)-based games are final.

6.1 — Accuracy of Information

The user guarantees that all information provided during registration and identity verification is true, accurate and complete. It is the user's responsibility to inform 666 bd immediately if any information changes. The user alone is responsible for any loss resulting from providing false or misleading information.

6.2 — Responsible Gaming Obligations

666 bd is committed to responsible gambling. The user acknowledges that gambling carries financial risk and takes responsibility for playing within their own means. If gambling causes any financial or personal difficulty, please follow our Responsible Gaming Guidelines to seek support.

• Users may request deposit limits, betting limits or self-exclusion on their own account.
• Avoid gambling while under the influence of substances or when under mental stress.
• It is the user's responsibility not to allow anyone under the age of 21 to use the account.

6.3 — Intellectual Property

All content on the 666 bd platform — logos, graphics, software, text and designs — is the intellectual property of the respective rights holders. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes.

7.1 — Service Availability

666 bd aims to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur for the following reasons, for which the platform will not be held liable:

• Scheduled maintenance (advance notice will be given).
• Disruption to third-party payment services.
• Natural disasters, cyber attacks or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Internet connection issues or problems with the user's device.

7.2 — Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will 666 bd be liable for indirect, incidental or special damages. The platform's maximum liability in any specific incident is limited to the user's account balance at that time.

7.3 — Right to Close an Account

666 bd reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Evidence of being underage.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

In the event of a legitimate account closure, the user's actual balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

8.1 — Use of Personal Information

Users' personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations. 666 bd does not sell user data to third parties. 8.2 — Data Security Measures

The platform uses SSL encryption to keep user data and transactions secure. Users also have certain responsibilities to help maintain security:

• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Log out after completing a session, especially on shared devices.
• If you receive any phishing or suspicious messages, report them directly to the support centre.

9.1 — Complaint Submission Process

If you have a complaint regarding a transaction, game result, or account matter, please follow the process below:

2. If the matter is not resolved through live chat, submit a detailed complaint by email.
3. After a complaint is submitted, an initial response will be provided within a set timeframe.

9.2 — Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the relevant applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, either party may approach the relevant judicial authority.

10.1 — Right to Make Changes

666 bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance — via email notification or an announcement on the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 — Severability

If any clause of this document is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue in full effect. The failure or waiver of any one condition does not forfeit the right to enforce that condition at a later time.

10.3 — Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any related special terms together constitute the entire agreement between the user and 666 bd. This document supersedes any prior oral or written promises or discussions.
